Return Policy: Froglord does not accept responsibilty for any damages during transit, as all precautions are made to during packaging to prevent this.

If the product you purchased is faulty, please email froglordband@outlook.com with a desciription and visual proof of faulty goods. I can either refund you the cost of the item (excluding shipping), or where possible replace the item, asking only that you cover the added costs of shipping if overseas.
